

Oura ring user trying different device
Hi! I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 for almost a year now, and recently I got curious about other devices, so my friend and I started a 1-month Whoop trial. I’m currently on day 5 of using it.
The thing is, the scores and recovery/sleep data from Oura and Whoop seem quite different sometimes, and now I’m confused about which one is actually more accurate
So I’d love to hear opinions from people who have used both the Oura Ring and Whoop before or other devices
Which one ended up feeling more accurate or useful for you? For me sleep tracking is the most important thing
