Hi all, Luxembourg resident here holding French shares. I’m trying to reclaim the excess French dividend withholding tax (above the France-Luxembourg tax treaty rate). From what I understand, France requires certain forms to be signed by both the broker and the local tax authorities.

Has anyone here successfully completed the refund process? I’d appreciate hearing any real world experiences before I start with the paperwork.
