I owned a Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9 for about almost a year now and today, internal keyboard and all usb ports decided to die. There's a Code 54 in device manager which somehow I can't find a similar issue of in the forums. Neither does the internal nor external keyboard work, neither do mouse inputs HOWEVER—keyboard shortcuts work such as keyboard backlights and function keys when Fnlocked as well as the touch pad working. Any idea what to do?
