Recently purchased 1000L of top soil and it came with quite lots of rusty bits of metal in it. Found out by running a metallic level over the spread soil and we've tried to remove as much as possible. All the soil has already been spread over the grass, what on earth should we do? More top soil? Try and cover it? It's clearly not able to be collected now.

I have alerted the company and they said it's from a third party, and have offered no other solution.
