Hi! I have been in a funk with my usual exercise routine and am thinking about joining Ladder for the structure. Is it too late to start the 7 day trial, given that the current season is already starting today?

Also looking for any recommendations for teams. I have good understanding of form/exercises and am relatively fit, am aiming for 3 -4workouts/wk and prefer dumbells/barbells over machines. I do yoga and pilates at least 2-3x/wk in addition to strength training, and am wanting to continue this during this time. Ideally want a workout that is less than 60min long, hoping to build some strength while losing weight.
