So a couple months back I woke up in the night with a feeling like I had been kicked in the nuts... Like really hit hard there and after a few minutes the pain subsided and I figured I must have "trapped" them rolling over, or the dog walked on them or something and dismissed it.

Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and I have been having a persistent ache in my left testicle with a feeling like it's always pressing against my leg or "in my pocket" (like, I'm very aware it's there and feels like it's touching but if I go to adjust, it doesn't seem like it. I don't get this with my right). I've been doing some reading, which isn't the best thing to do I guess, and from what I read the what I was feeling like it's constantly touch or in my pocket is described as a heavy feeling. Regardless, mentioning this to my wife got her worried and she made me book an appointment (which was going to be my plan).

Anyway, fast forward to today, I get checked and the doctor says it's a cyst on my epididymis, couldn't feel any lump on the testicle, but is still putting me in for an ultrasound to be sure. I'm glad I'm getting the ultrasound just to be sure but I just can't shake this feeling that if it was a cyst, I wouldn't be getting the dull aches or the weird feeling... I've been trying to feel this cyst and can't feel it but I'm not the professional, if he says it's there, it has to be, right? I thought he'd might want to do a blood test as well to check for any markers but I guess that would only happen if he actually felt a lump.

I guess there is nothing I can do but wait for the ultrasound, and hearing him say cyst has eased my mind a little but I'm still a bit scared I'll go for the US and it be something more nefarious.

Has anyone else had the aching and heaviness feeling and it just be a cyst?

So I have decided to to a fresh install. Can anyone help me with what should be removed or is it just a case of remove from steam and redownload?

Ideally I'd just like to not uninstall and delete all my mods, but just revert everything graphically and start fresh from there but I don't think that's possible?

Even if it's deleting all ppfilter and custom visual settings, uninstall pure and reinstall, and maybe uninstall and reinstall csp as well

I'll have a look around the sub as well to see what has been posted, but what I have seem most talk about a complete fresh install but still having old settings show up?
