I have transferred a shiny rayqaza into ZA from my pokemon home account and taught it dragon ascent, but it hasn't mega evolved when I use it. Is it not working because it is a transferred pokemon or because it is in a different language than the one my game is set to? I am not sure of what the issue is so I wanted to ask for advice.
