Write-ups don’t work because admin is meh. Re-arranged seating is a joke. Contacting parents is useless. I can only send one kid in the hall, at a time, for a bit. 6 adhd’s, 2-3 emotional disturbed students. 2-3 intellectually disabled students. Mixed grade levels, academic leveling is non-existent. I’m over it.
