2018 Private Owend Titan - Looking for Advice Before Buying (Cyllinder 7, etc)

Hi all. I'm looking at getting back into a full size truck. I own an original 2004 Titan LE which is an old utility truck at this point I barely drive. My daily driver SUV just blew a transmission and it's decision time to purchase a vehicle.

I came across this private sale 2018 SV with 62K miles. It is super clean. They want about $27K. The price seems very reasonable and I took it for a test drive last weekend. Knowing how a Titan should handle and run it seemed to be in great shape. I crawled underneath it, no leaks, minimal frame rust and the features are basically on par with my 2004 LE. I was impressed with how well it rode and handled.

I've been thinking about getting a Tundra, but it's at least a +$10K increase for comparable years/miles. Am I crazy for wanting to jump all over this thing? He's a second owner and it appears to have been purchased from a Pre-Certified Nissan dealer (if that really means anything).

I've been reading about the Cylinder 7 issue. Would taking this thing to a shop for a scope and diagnostic be a must before purchase?

Also, any other known issues for the 2nd Gen Titans? Do they still eat brakes like crazy? I thought they had upgraded the brake sizing in 2005? Other than a bad factory radiator, replacing seals for oil leaks, and going through brakes my 04 was rock solid. This will be my daily driver, I do construction sales across 4 states so I expect to put a good amount of miles on it over the next few years.
