Bought this old Leader 725 for $80, got lucky as the frame, fork and wheels were all in good condition, even had rusted izumi black chain.

Put on the following parts laying around and/or salvage from other bikes:

Wide riser bars, using a older road FSA 2x 130bcd crankset set up 1x with 40T deckas chainring , 17t rear, salvaged the rusted Izumi chain, Ritchey streem saddle, panaracer gravelkings in 28c

I am fucking loving it!

It's only my 2nd fixed gear build. This was supposed to be my beater build, but it's so much fun riding around, especially with the wide bars, you've got so much control.

Came from a rear wheel flip flop hub that I disassembled to clean and put on different size cogs and freewheel, and somehow lost it smh
