I had a difficult childhood; there were always conflicts at home, my father being authoritarian and difficult to live with. How can I free myself from this karma?

I would like someone to try to visualize my life in a personal, broad way through my birth chart, in a detailed and profound manner. My biggest life challenge has been many, but what stands out is the issue of identity, its identity crises, and difficulties in being spontaneous. I would appreciate any help you can give me ❤️
