What is the technique name when you are under opponent, classic closed guard, clinch their head with both hand, open the guard and use one knee to pressure the throat to apply a choke ? I've search for it, can't find it. Also, is this legal in competition ? Note, the hands/clinch prevent the head to escape the knee that is applying pressure. And said knee is only applying pressure, not "hitting" ofc. I've been practicing BJJ for 5-6 years now and never seen anyone doing it...
