Heyy, I’m a student in the uk getting my first tattoo and I’m thinking of two dolphins with a blue ribbon threading around them, palm sized.

I thought around 150 but am I being unreasonable since I have a tight pocket? (obvs ik quality matters but im just a student 🫠) I was quoted 500 and another 300 so I have no idea if I’m being ripped off 😭

EDIT: Hey everyone I promise  don’t want THIS exact tattoo I just meant as a reference of 2 dolphins on top of each other 😭 (I’d go by the artists style of how they’d draw it) (none of the dots or sparkles either)

Any recommendations in North London or Hertfordshire would be appreciated haha
