Then I saw Fauxhammers video for the Creator 5 and it seemed like a straight upgrade to the X2D and fixed many issues I had with the Snapmaker U1. Put it an order for the Creator 5 Pro and I'm excited to get it since it will be my first 3D printer. Some of the tradeoffs are unfortunate but overall I'm happy with all the features it offers
