Does Yone 1v9 in this draft??

Genuine question. I play yone but I wouldn't consider myself super knowledgeable about interactions at a high level.
Does Yone not litterally 1v9 on 5 here? He destroys sion, all their carries are immobile, you have INSANE SETUP on EVERY PERSON ON YOUR TEAM:

> TF Stun card
Their entire team has zero mobility, if anyone on your team gets any engage you E in with insane follow up and get out. Also they have only one point and click stun like you can just dodge all their spells (Ashe arrow, sion Q, seraphine abilites) with your E so easily? Also you outscale sion, you will one shot everyone on that team eventually except sion (who doesn't matter he will never win a prologned fight), and the serpant's fang value this game is insane (seraphine healing and shielding, sion w, ryze seraph's shield).
I am serious this is totally genuine. I could be so stupid and wrong. But I was watching this game and it just occured to me that it feels like Yone would just 1v9 this game like he's strong here it might be just be a free win? Curious what your thoughts are.
side note i know at a high level they love to build randuins, but i feel like the randuins value into ezreal isn't that great? i have no idea but I feel like he uses a lot of spells and jarvan doesnt build crit so maybe they can't go randuins which is huge for yone?
