I installed faceit one or two years ago with an idea of evolving my gameplay capabilities and have a clear comparable level of my abilities. My dad was still discovering CS at that time and wanted to try the platform we both shared one PC and both made made separate faceit accounts on the same pc but on different steam profiles.
In that time period I was level 3-4 but I left cs2 for sometime and I went back to it after some months tried to log back and I was surprised with a red text on my log page with " your account has been banned" and I don't know why I made the stupid choice of doing another account (I didn't know it was a bad thing). I want to mention that I never used cheats and never tried to evade any policies with intent.
I contacted the support team with my poor English at that time and they said that I was banned for ban evasion
I was smaller I had 13 - 14 years and didn't know any rules and if i was aware I wouldn't do that. And I stopped trying.
Last month I contacted the support again and the same automated policy copied message .....
I understand the ban evasion but for me to get ban evasion I needed to get banned for something in the first place and I never ever used cheats.
Recently I checked the ban list of the account I made without knowing and I'm banned for smmurfing....I think
Guys I want to get possibility to make an new account but I dont think I can do anything is there any way I can justify my self and speak with someone. Thanks!
