I made this list where we can add companies who have layoffs, toxic culture, ghost hiring etc... Its completely anonymous, lets join hands to make Indian work culture better

I got frustated with the work culture and continuous layoffs in the companies so I Built a small community-maintained Indian Tech Market Transparency Tracker where each individual's identity is anonymous.

The goal is to track things like:

  • layoffs
  • delayed onboarding
  • revoked offers
  • no PPO/FTE conversion
  • mass benching
  • ghost/ fake hirings
  • internship issues
  • Toxic Work Culture

This is NOT meant to be a rant wall or harassment platform. Entries are manually reviewed and structured to keep things factual and useful for applicants.

This is meant to be a platform which helps us to survive in this crucial times and save our time from long interview rounds which ends up rejecting us.

I value my own privacy and yours too, so I built this process as anonymous as possible.
You submit me all the details in my telegram -> I manually check it and if it is correct I put it in the list, simple as that.

find the list here, spread word of this if you like it and the list will grow ultimately helping us, this is the time to act and save ourselves!

You can submit reports/evidence through Telegram: @ companytracker

Please send evidiences if possible, remove PII and all personal information, no personal data will be leaked by my side thats a given. These evidiences are for verification of the report and none of this data will ever be published anywhere

Please include:

  • company name
  • issue
  • employment type
  • approximate timeline
  • screenshots/evidence if available

No personal attacks, doxxing, or unverifiable accusations.

Hopefully this helps freshers and job seekers make better decisions in the current market.

Hello Drupal community, looking for HELP with resources to learn Drupal

Hi! I am a full stack developer -- MERN, Django specializing in backend, I have seen many people using platforms like wordpress, shopify, drupal, flutter to make websites rather than coding everything from scratch.

I genuinely have no experience with these apps and want to explore these things.

I learned PHP and how it works recently to understand drupal but I am not finding any good resource to learn drupal, can any gentlemen or woman help me with their knowledge from where I can learn about Drupal architecture?

TL, DR: Looking for drupal learning resources.

Thank you !
