I am a licensed Civil Engineer here in Nepal. I have graduated for a year and have been offered two jobs. One becoming a designer (at office starting with reinforcement drawing for a year without actual designing basically drafting) and another is on site job as junior engineer at hydropower site. My long term goal is to settle in Australia. what would be best for my career?
