Anyways got it and a part fell out when I went to pack it and a part fell down a drain.
Got that out.
Then next time I used the same part fell out and smashed.
I’ve asked for a refund and
the CGA has a few options (repair/replace/refund), however it doesn’t cover a customer changing their mind, or physical damage to a product. In light of you being new to the product, offering a replacement mouthpiece with guidance on avoiding repeated damage is a fair offer. If you want a refund, that is between you and the retailer

I’m not changing my mind, I’m asking for a refund for a product where a part consistently keeps falling out. I’ve had to be without this for a few weeks already and I think you need to accept this is a fault with the product. I’m not the only person that this has happened to.
I’ve only had it a short amount of time. Any ideas? Based in New Zealand 🇳🇿
