My I-360 VAWA and I-485 were filed in March 2020. I responded to RFE years ago, but there has been no update. My case is far outside normal processing time.

Also, my lawyer has not been supportive. He repeatedly says that inquiries and follow-ups will be submitted, but I am unsure whether these steps are actually being done.

Also, may I contact USCIS directly? Is there a phone number or email address I can use to reach them?
