Still trying to figure out a routine that actually fits my life (Female, 27, 5'3", 68g)
I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, but honestly I feel like I keep restarting instead of actually building momentum.
I work day shift, mostly sitting from 6 AM to 9 PM. Once I got home, I'm usually drained so I just end up lying down, or scrolling on my phone. I've tried to be 'disciplined' before, doing physical activities like running, eating better and walking. But I always fall off because I don't really have a clear structure to follow.
It's not that I don't know what to do in theory, it's more like I can't translate it into something that fits my actual routine.
Right now I just feel stuck between wanting to improve and not knowing where to start in a way that doesn't burn me out again 😞
