ISO 2/3 bed July
Never posted here before, but figured it was worth a shot 😭
My roommate and I are 2 freelance artists currently looking for a long term apartment for July 1st. We’ve already applied to several places and have solid credit, income, references, and co-signers - there’s just SO much competition right now.
We’re mainly looking for somewhere central / near a metro, downtown, the Village, Rosemont, etc. The biggest thing is that we both work from home, so we really need a space that can accommodate an actual office room and not just using the living room as one (which is our current situation and it’s getting rough lol).
A 2 bedroom + office, 3 bedroom, or even a place with a basement space that could work as an office would all be ideal.
Budget is ideally around $1500-2200, but we can go higher for the right place. We have 2 very well behaved cats, no parking needed, and can visit ASAP.
