Trying to learn more about how visual media / communications roles function within Boeing.

For those who’ve worked in or around those teams — I’m curious how hiring tends to work for these roles and what backgrounds usually stand out. Generally, how competitive are these positions, and how do people typically break into them (referrals vs applying cold)?what does the day-to-day actually look like? Is it more internal comms, external marketing, or hands-on production?

Appreciate any insight — just trying to better understand how this side of the industry operates
