How do you usually find early users or testers for new SaaS ideas?
Hey everyone,
I’m working on a small no-code SaaS project at the moment (using something I’m building called ngram), and I’ve reached that early stage where getting real users to try it out feels like the hardest part.
Building the product is one thing, but actually finding people who are willing to test it, give honest feedback, and stick around long enough to understand the value is a different challenge entirely.
Right now I’m trying a mix of communities and direct outreach, but I’m still figuring out what actually works best without feeling too pushy or spammy.
For those of you who have launched something before, how did you usually get your first batch of testers or early users?
Did you rely on communities like this, personal networks, or something else entirely?
Would really appreciate hearing how others approached this in the early days.
