So I live in Jammu and here in my area the wifi hasn’t been working for 2 days. Yesterday they kinda fixed it but since then speed is literally 0.2-0.3 mbps. Like wtf am I supposed to do with it. I called the service guy who usually comes to service our wifi and he said that the optical fibers broke but even after fixing the speed is this abysmal. And now i tried calling him again but he ain’t picking up the phone. Their Fiber stops working even when there are weak thunderstorms. BSNL are literally the worst isp ever and their service is even shittier. My father has a friend there at a higher position, he even called him but even he didn’t do shit to get our WiFi fixed. Fuck BSNL
