Hey just got an opportunity at freedom morgage for a costumer service/sales role. It is a junior training plan and I have never worked in the industry. Was wondering if anyone had worked there in recent years. I have heard some bad things about the company such as layoffs with unsettled PTO. Everyone I have spoken to is very nice and responsive was just looking for some unbiased opinions. Thank you everyone.
