I am on my way to a funeral for my wife's aunt. There isn't anything particularly unusual about the graveside service or burial but the vast majority of my wife's family is excited about the sandwiches that will be served. I am revolted in advance.

Cream cheese and cherry on white bread
Canned asparagus and cheddar on white bread
Egg salad on white bread

I am so terribly concerned. Does anyone have any experience with the first 2 sandwiches? Can someone please give me some hope chefs!?
