How would a general election go with such low vote shares per party?

Im looking for ways that reform could be beat in the next general election but its looking like every party's vote share is too low to form government. Would it be less fragmented in the real thing? Would there really be such few seats per party? In that case how does it go like would 26% be enough for a minority government? Ik that what really matters is the seats won not the vote share but it still looks weird to me.

And for the greens specifically do we think there's an actual chance they get majority or would some sort of coalition be necessary with some other progressive party? Im pretty new to keeping up with politics regularly and its such an odd time idk whats going on sometimes.
