snack plate for a pre-diabetic girl dinner
a few weeks back, my a1C ranked into pre-diabetic levels and i had to completely change up my diet low carbs, more veggies, and more walking. fine by me. so tonight's dinner is a snack plate and i love it. (i am always welcome to suggestions for low-carb foods with no artificial sweetners. sucralose and aspartine are so awful and i try to avoid those as much as possible.)
turkey slices, pickle spears, tomato, low carb italian crackers, carrot sticks, and roasted red pepper hummus.
someday, i will branch out to tinned fish for protein. but i love veggies and turkey, so this is up my alley.
