Should I do screener interview for big law labor and employment position after accepting an offer somewhere else?

Currently at a small ID firm in a HCOL area. Last month I applied to a bunch of mid and big law L&E positions and just got an offer from one of the Big Four L&E shops. It comes with a significant salary bump, same city, similar WLB. I accepted.

The same day I accepted, a big law firm reached out for a screener interview with several partners for an L&E role. This firm would honestly be my dream job based on reputation and location. WLB is likely worse, though billables are the same on paper. I'm guessing the applicant pool is also more competitive. While I am a good applicant, I am not the usual Harvard, law review, federal clerkship attorney that the big law firm usually hires. I applied as a long shot.

Should I still do the screener and see what happens? Am I risking my new firm finding out and revoking? Any and all feedback is welcome and thank you!
