Hi folks, Ineed help/suggestions currently iam in PIP 2 for CHT and I am one of the best performer for my site, and Amazon is my first job
I have no idea about the next step and I know that I am going
to get terminated and I am sure that I will not get any
exceptions too even though I have never asked any
exceptions in my tenure for 4 years.
I feel helpless and I want to know how the settlement works
will I get the statutory bonus since it's based on the days
worked
And I have no idea where I have to look for a job, people who got terminated for PIP what are you doing now? I mean did you land up in a good company or how?
