Hi guys,

I graduated this spring and still don’t have a job lined up as the company I worked for went on a hiring freeze. I wanted to ask if anyone has any advice or guidance. I know the market is tough right now, especially when you add the layer of trying to start my career from zero. I’ve honestly been really worried and stressed about it.

Few specific questions -

1. is mass applying working at all? Or should I switch to apply to only few jobs but customise resume for each n network?

2. Should I have no hope?

3. I am not hut are ai tools worth it?

And any advice you guys can drop is appreciated.
