So my lease is ending within the next month at my current place and I’d been looking for apartments here and there. I applied for an apartment recently and got denied due to an eviction or filing that I had no idea about or either no one told me during the process of applying for my current place . Are there any apartments in Birmingham that don’t care about an eviction?

At this point, I’m not picky of the area. I currently live downtown and my dream was to stay downtown but now this throws everything away for me due to a mistake in my past.
