Can somebody please help me. I have been having digestive issues for a long time which would cause an episode of extreme vertigo lasting for 2 or 3 days along with vomiting. Gradually I also began to develop symptoms like dizziness, light headedness, tinnitus, heart palpitations, tightness around my head etc. these symptoms were occasional. However from the past several months they have been getting worse so much so that they disturb my daily life now. Yesterday I went to see a neuropsychiatrist in gmc as I developed several of these symptoms just when I tried to get up after lunch.he told me that I'm having dgbi. And today I have been having this tightness around my head and temples since I woke up. It comes and goes. This is driving me crazy
