Hello brothers I am a CW-4 in L.U 613,

Moving to San Antonio soon, and wanted to see what is the process to get transferred to a different state. I’m currently looking for places to move and ready to put the money down, but don’t know if I need to wait for the hall to put word in for me first before I jump the gun. Does anyone have solid advice for my situation?
