Hey everyone, I'm about to take my NREMT this weekend, and I plan on applying for work at Maricopa ambulance in arizona. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with them, what the culture is like, if you get any choice in IF or EMS shifts like a bidding system, or if they're just assigned, and what the shifts look like for each one as far as hours, and how many hours you get a week on average.
