I currently daily an 06 wrangler. I love it. Long throw, heavy clutch. I feel like I’m actually driving a vehicle when I’m shifting through… but… it’s horrible in gas mileage and not the most comfortable for commuting everyday. I test drove a new Integra A-Spec and it’s definitely nice. But I feel like it’s much more “subdued” or “cushy” to shift and drive.

Should I look for an older reliable more economically friendly manual that actually feels like I’m driving? Or is getting used to a newer gear box worth it in the end for comfort and reliability?
