Been building TrustScript for a while - a review collection SaaS for WooCommerce stores. Considering selling it as an asset and genuinely unsure what to price it at, so wanted to get some honest opinions from people who understand SaaS valuations.

What it does:

Automates the entire review lifecycle - sends branded review request emails after delivery, collects photo/video reviews, verifies purchases against WooCommerce orders, publishes with a Verified Purchase badge, and injects JSON-LD structured data for Google star ratings.

Two modes (this is the part I'm most proud of):

Simple Mode: fully local, zero external dependencies. Works out of the box on any WordPress/WooCommerce install. No account needed. Tested across every edge case:

- Single + multi-product orders (single link for multi product)

- Cancel before/after review request sent

- Partial cancellations on multi-product orders

- Duplicate review detection (link voids if customer already reviewed on product page).

API Mode - connects to a Node.js/Next.js backend (TypeScript, Redis, worker queues) for advanced features: analytics dashboard, AI writing assistant via Azure AI Foundry, email template engine with FTC + GDPR compliance enforcement baked in, webhook auto-publishing, public verification page.

The differentiators vs Judge.me / Yotpo / Trustpilot:

- Zero PII by architecture — no customer names, no plain-text emails ever stored anywhere. GDPR + CCPA compliant not by checkbox but by design

- FTC compliance engine in the email builder — blocks incentive language, rating pressure, review filtering automatically

- GDPR-aware consent flow - EU/UK customers get opt-in checkbox, German/Austrian customers get double opt-in, all automatically based on billing country

- Offline Simple Mode - works without any cloud dependency
