Recently had misfire, changed plugs / packs fixed. After hooked up ran OBDII and got code P2745, throttle valve control system. No check engine light. Idles fine, starts to shake a bit at higher speeds.

Quick google says fault with Intermediate Shaft Position Sensor.

Can I just plug and play a new sensor? Or should I drain / refill trans fluid with it?

Note: not a mechanic. Just a dude with a Jetta and google. Couldn’t find much info on YouTube. But I’ll try anything once.
