For an electronics product we want to get rid of the 2 component resin which we use to pot small plastic boxes with an electronic PCB in it (dimensions 11x26x18mm).
We use a peristaltic pump with controller to fill these little cups. Currently we premix and I thinks this is messy and limits you to make small batches only.
We tried UV curing resin but even with the strongest LED we can only harden the top 3mm of the resin.
