Hey everyone,

I have a 2024 R-line comfort line (2nd from the top trim in Canada). I took my Tiggy to the dealership after work to get my 2nd year service, however I don't believe they did the full service? My car was returned to me in less than an hour, my odometer wasn't reset back to zero, the engine still ran the same, it's not super smooth like the first oil change they did for my first service.

I'm sorry, this is my first car, so Im new to all this. I did go back in after the service and they paused then said it'll feel the same after an oil change, which is suspicious, because the other 2 cars we have/had all drove significantly better after an oil change.

If I wanted to reach out to the service manager, what could I say to them to inquire if the full service was actually completed? I do have the prepaid plan. First year service was around 8k iirc. Now I'm at 15k or 16k. The cabin filter was changed, but it the side is bent up like it was shoved in with force.

Am I overthinking it? I don't want to have issues with my car long term because something wasn't done correctly.
