Current pay: 11k (including allowances)

Average bonus: 3 months

New offer:

- Tech company based in ASEAN (fully legal company, but no SDN BHD in MY)

- Fully remote

- travel to country once every quarter

- Pay up to RMxxxxx a month (in negotiation)

One thing is-

- They are giving one lump sum cash to my bank account with no EPF contribution or tax contribution. Is this legal?

- How should I negotiate for the salary?
