Hello, I live in the South Roseville area and am looking for recommendations for roofing companies for an asphalt shingle roof replacement.
I have gotten quotes from the top companies on yelp and they are all coming back in the $35k range which seems insane for my small 1150 square foot home.
What companies have you used that are more cost effective? Or is this the going rate for roofs now?
