Relocating for a META CFE Position

As the title says, I’m considering relocating to Wyoming for a CFE position. Any CFEs willing to chime in on if making this move is the right choice, or with info regarding sign on, relocation, hourly pay etc. Thank you guys.

I have a transmission I’m trying to piece together and it came without the detent springs and ball bearings. The two small fasteners with the small springs on the side went in perfectly, long top bolt with long spring is bottoming out before it mates with the plate. Anyone know why that is?
