Spouse Visitor Visa guidance

I have completed my Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and I am graduated. Right now I am on PGWP and doing security shift supervisor job. I want to apply for a visitor visa for my spouse, stating that she wants to attend my convocation ceremony.

During my studies, I applied twice for a spousal open work permit, but both applications were refused.

First refusal: The officer said she may not leave Canada and that the proof of our relationship was not strong enough.

Second refusal: The officer refused the application due to insufficient financial proof.

Now I want to apply one more time, but this time for a visitor visa, not a work permit.

My wife is currently studying back home. She is enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics and is in her 3rd semester. In my previous applications, I did not mention her student status.

This time, I plan to show her active student status to convince the visa officer that she has strong ties to her home country and will return after the visit.

I would really appreciate opinions from experienced people. If anyone has gone through a similar situation, please share your experience or advice and what type of documents should I attach. I am planning to write she is coming for 5 weeks. How much funds should I show in my bank account.?
