I purchased the E1 printer (via Kickstarter) and received it. However, I'm still hesitant to actually install it. For me, it's essential that I use jits and can repeatedly print small parts. I can make the parts myself using laser cutting and, if necessary, 3D-printed holders/clamps. I need to be able to set the offset from the machine's reference zero point to the first part to be printed once for each job. This setting should then be used for every subsequent job load, WITHOUT recalibrating with cameras. The positioning must be accurate to 0.1 mm.
I'm currently using the Roland LEF12i.
This are absolute important features that almost every small series worker needs. I really hope, this will be activated soon.
