Study at office?… full load courses + FT internship
My company grants us office access 24/7,we have AMAZING office with a lot of public spaces outside of work desks with lots of beverages n snacks offered
I’m not sure if as an intern it is appropriate enough to go to office on weekends for study session, or stay till 9pm during weekdays after work for personal studying. It is a good environment, I seen people play board games and office have beer after work (as intern I most likely won’t be doing that, unless invited with co-workers).
I have not told my employer that I’m taking courses;however, policies wise professional growth activities are encouraged as long don’t interfere with my duties. (which I do NOT plan to be studying for classes during work hours)
As for how I’ll handle the balance of the workloads from both sides…. uhhh, it will be fine!.. 😀
(I mean I could just go to library, cafe, or home too
I will ask the front desk/HR next week but idk if this leaves kinda weird or bad impression to my company….. 😭
