Make a kayfabe argument for who is the most impressive world champion WWE's had in the men or women's division without mentioning number of reigns or length of reign
I just thought it'd be a fun idea for a topic. If you can't rely on "Samartino or Reigns held the belt for X days" or "Cena and Flair have held X belts" who would you argue as the most impressive champion? Any world championship is valid - WWE, World Heavyweight, Raw Women's, Smackdown Women's, Universal, whatever. I'd be interesting to see what people say.
For the men's division, I'd personally argue either Cena, HBK, or Styles. Cena had an absurd level of strength and stamina, which has led to him being believable in the title scene for decades. Meanwhile HBK and AJ Styles are each once-in-a-generation talents, with Styles in particular being able to hit the ground running. In terms of sheer tenacity and enudrance I have to mention Rhodes, Angle, and SCSA as well.
For the women's division I'd go with Rhea Ripley. Rhea is an intimidating powerhouse, and she's got a deeper bag of tricks than you expect.
