Once saw someone vent that their healers weren’t keeping them alive when they were diving the backline.

They were Peni.

They were diving as Peni and being annoyed their supports couldn’t save them.

It’s a discussion that’s been circling around since the game released given the disproportionate ratio of duellists to the other two roles, so I was wondering what the general consensus was. Personally, I think they could get away with one or maybe two. As much as I want more of the other two roles it would also be annoying if someone was only confident on one duellist only to have that character effectively erased and changed to a different role where their play style is radically different.

Given how there’s more DPS than the other two roles combined and they’re definitely not slowing down on adding more duellists, I think it’s something NetEase will have to consider eventually if they don’t want to resort to role queue
