I have OSA and will have MMA surgery soon. The plan is shown. The mandible will be advanced by 10mm with CCW rotation. The maxilla will be 8mm forward also with CCW rotation. Would like to ask if it is enough for the advancement. Is there any suggestion for better outcome on my face profile. Thanks!
